My 2014 wishlist

Hi there! Hi world! Hi loveliest!

It feels good to be at the end of the year right? I don't know if you feel the same too haha but I always excited to face the new year, for me it symbolizes fresh, new hopes and new dream.

I think this year went faster like the F1 racing car (too exaggerate sorry) but yeah I do not want to look back. Live life forward but not backward. I have my new year resolution. I'll tell you soon..hehe

As usual even it is a happy end of the year, I still need to face the horror final exam (please pray for me ^^) I'll pray for all my readers who sits the final exam this semester. Good luck and all the best. Work hard and you'll never regret. God will help you :)

Final exams are coming so I do not have time to shopping and also short of money TT.TT but luckily we live in the world where internet has become part of our life, so I do the online shopping to reward myself for what I have been through this year hihi :D. I'll share it later as the parcel do not come yet, eonni (the seller) say it will come this saturday so I just have to wait patiently. I do not prefer online shopping actually but I do not have other choices and their prices are not bad hehe so why don't we try?? (oh yeah if you have a good online seller that sell Korean skincare products do tell me okayh?? :D)

So to cut the time (I have many things yet to study x_x) here are some of my wishlist!

How to determine my skin type?

Hi there! Hi my mocha latte! ^^

I am not going to do a review for this post. I think this is important to know more about your skin, so that you can buy a right product according to your skin type.

Actually, one of the reason why the product are not suitable for you because it is not match with your skin type, well you know its kind of when you buy a foundation or BB Cream you want to know the right shade, the same thing goes when you buy a skincare product. You have to understand your skin first. Know what its need...What your skin lack of... What should be enhance...and bla..bla..bla haha

Before we go a little bit further, you must be informed that my write on this topic is based on my personal experience only. I am not a dermatologist. I do not have a high tech product. I just have a good observation and a good sense :p . So it is up to you to believe it or not.

There are many options on how to determine your skin type. One of the option is Seek the dermatologist. Haha yeah, I know this will require a few amount of money (is it? I don't really know actually I never see them) but is it better to meet the professional one.

Secondly, do the face analysis. You can found this at beauty spa or salon. Most of them are beauty trainer but! (ha-ji-mann) beware! some of them are promoting certain product and unfortunately not all of the product may works for you. After the face analysis they will consult you according to their skincare products. You may believe them because of their 'sweet talk' (you know the salesperson thing) they may say that their product have succeed on other customers and they may say the 'customer' also have the same problem with BUT I want to stressed it out, everybody is different so please think carefully before believing it.

I had went to one of the face analysis at my IPT and yes it did happen as I said before, promoting again and again and it will require a lot of strength to say no with poker face hahaha lewls and it all comes back to you to believe it or not. For me I don't trust it 100% even for the machines they use and their advice.

Once I went there, it was afternoon and who doesn't have oily face in the afternoon? maybe some people not experience it but I know many of them do including me but it only because I have terrible blackhead day and I just finish my netball tournament and burn all over my face, my face become extremely tight and dry and my skin produce a lot amount of sebum to hydrates it backs (too many and sorry hewhew) and after the analysis they said that I have an extremely oil on my face. I do agree that I have oil on my face but in my opinion it is not extremely oil and it is naturally oil. The machines capture our current skin condition so it may differ in time just don't trust it 100%.

Next, I would like to call this method 'Wake-up spy' :D haha. How to do? Easy. Wash your face before going to bed. After that do not do any skincare regime just let it be and go to sleep. I am sure you skin can survive a night without all of the product. I did it and nothing bad happen. Next day, when you wake up do not do anything on your face including washing it off. Immediately feel your skin and use your sense and brain to think is it oily, slightly oily, supple, dry or extremely dry. I did it once a month to know my current skin and the results are my face are dry and the texture is soft excluding the nose area where there is a home of blackhead hahaha. When I my face is was extremely burn then it will become slightly oily. I really trust this method. You feel it and observed it all by yourself and there is no disruption by others.

Lastly, maybe if you do not like the idea of no-skincare-regime even for one night only you should try this method. I call it 'Morning spy' . After taking a bath, do not continue on with your skincare routine wait until 30minutes and feel your skin and conclude the result. I did it and my result is same when I do my 'wake-up spy' hehe.

After all this is just my opinion based on my own experience. I am just a 20 years old girl. Majoring in physics and do not have idea about other effect of doing this method. But after knowing my skin condition I buy the right product and my skin are now improved and become much better! (thanks to myself! *clap clap) Maybe you should try it too if you are interested. :)

Review: Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner

Hellooooooooooo My cappucino tiramisu!

Tired November eh? hehe I'm too busy this November. Sorry for not posting any review lately. Too much important things to do, but yeah now I'm back! hehe

So back to the point. As you can see above. Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner finally! yep, finally!!!! This product has been in my wishlist for such a long time but I don't have time to buy it on the retail shop and it is expensive for me. (if I'm not mistaken RM89.90 fo 500ml) I know that this product will give a wow! because I have read many review on it, but still it is RM89.90!

So I walk (is it walk? I don't know the right word haha >.<) around to find any online seller that sell it cheaper than the retail shop. So I found this facebook page The Korean Skincare - Malaysia . They sell it cheaper and their service are very good! This page is for IOPE product only but its branch (branch?? I don't know what to say but they have the same boss haha) is to do a pre-order for other product other than IOPE. Click Korean Skincare Online Shop . They are correlated. So thanks to the admin Mr. Ejay I finally can buy the product safe and sound hehe.

So here is the product.

I will do the review on CC cream real soon so do waiting :p

The interesting part of this freshner are it has 7 benefits!

1. Maintain ph4.5
2. Refine skin tones.
3. Keep the elasticity of pores.
4. Deep cleanse pores.
5. Minimize the appearance of pores.
6. Control a large amount of sebum.
7. Moisturize inside and outside of the skin.

For the ingredients, I am sorry can't provide you the list of it. My camera can't capture any smaller image T.T gonna buy a good camera later. But for me there are no harmful ingredient. I don't know if any of you know anything else. I'm just a physics student hihi.

before I explain more about this product I let you know the pros and cons first

Pros :-

• Reduce the appearance of my pores. (Double thumbs up).
• Refine my skin tones.
• Easy to say I get the 6 out of 7 benefit from this freshner.
• Control blackhead.

Cons :-

• The scent. (but I'm used to it haha)
• Otherwise, no! this product does their work!

Price : RM89.90 (Retail store) but I buy it for just only RM53 online! hehe

Repurchase? For sure! I really love this freshner!

I don't really know whether this products maintain my skin Ph but at this moment I don't suffer any major breakout. And to be honest it don't moisturise as well as moisturiser but as it call a freshner don't expect more..hehe but I don't get the sticky feeling and it doesn't tighten my skin it just good. It doesn't dry up like other toner and it doesn't sticky like my previous Hada Labo lotion. Yeah I love the Hada Labo lotion but when I try this freshner it really amuse me! No wonder it is one of the best seller on EH.

I do not sure if it works on others. Currently my skin condition is dry to normal my major problem are acne scar and blackhead on my nose and some whitehead. So I do not have uncontrolled sebum or large pores. So do tell me if it works on you okayh? ^^

Review : Cosmoderm Vitamin E with Roseship Oil Moisturiser

I'm back after a long hiatus! Forgive me TT.TT
Hehe as I mentioned on my post before I would like to review some of the product on my mid semester break. So here it is!

This is well...obviously is a moisturiser hihi I bought it a month ago during HALAFEST. It is Malaysian Halal Festival where we can test and buy Halal products made by Malaysian including foods, drinks, skincare products and cosmetics, and many more. There are many promotions and the place is full of generous tester hehe.. When I enter the festive, I am starving to death but walking out with full stomach kihkihkih ^^ thanks dearest seller hehe. I really enjoyed been there, I eat tons of food and I get a free makeover by a kind and lovely promoter at Ronasutra booth. She is beautiful and giving me full of natural makeup tips! lots of thanks to you Miss. Lovely  :)

Honestly I don't know why I buy this moisturiser. Maybe because at that time I am thinking to buy light moisturiser for day time as my Holika Holika moisturiser is so time consuming because I always in such hurry in the morning and my moisturiser do not absorbed quickly as I want it to be (oh my..I miss my nano white moisturiser) and I end up tapping my face hardly so it can absorb real fast ( damn me x_x ).

So here are the Pros and Cons for this product :

Pros :-

• Good scent
• Light texture 
• It has Vitamin E ( good for scar )
• It has Roseship Oil (which is also good for healing scar )
• Leave my face glowing in the morning if I apply it before I sleep

Cons :-

• Leave my face more oily
• Absorbed slower than other moisturiser

Price : MYR 18.90 (after discount)

Repurchase? No. I'll find better moisturiser. You can find this product on Watson and Guardian.

I do not know what is the matter of this product as it has light texture than Holika Holika but it absorbed slower than I expected and leave my face very greasy and oily after using it. I ask my friend if this moisturiser makes her feeling oily or not and she answered yes! We have slightly different skin type as she has very dry skin and I have dry to normal skin. I thought this moisturiser not working for me as I have slightly dry skin but it doesn't work on my friend too!

But an applause should be made for this moisturiser for adding Roseship oil and vitamin E in the ingredient whih is good for healing scars and full of antioxidants! (correct me if I'm wrong). Maybe Malaysia's technology for skincare is not as advance as in South Korea and Japan. There are still lot of things to be improved. I complimented this moisturiser as it leaves my face glowing in the morning whenever I apply it night before (*clap *clap) 

Now I am using this moisturiser every night and Holika Holika on the morning. I am trying to finish this Cosmoderm real fast to buy Nano White cell Moist. Wish me luck!

Long Hiatus

First please forgive me for take a long rest to continue my writing on a blog is not because I discontinue it, but I really don't have that much time to write on. I have so much to review on and I have so much to talk about..hehe I promise you I'll be active on my mid semester break arasso? hehehe

As usual I am involve with sports (netball of course..kihkih) training and friendly match, yeah quite busy but I love to my passion and did I tell you that I am taking Japan class this semester? YES! I finally take it! I really want to continue my lesson for Mandarin 2 but unfortunately the classes are not open for other faculty T.T... Since Japanese is fun to learn I don't mind taking it hihi..

Well, during this time I have purchase some Korean skincare products and cosmetics and I am going to make a review on it! kihkih please wait for me ok? Here are the list of my new products..

My Hada Labo Whitening Lotion are going to finish and I am going to purchase another Freshner/Lotion. I am not going to buy Hada Labo as whitening is not in my concern. I am not saying that I am becoming a Snow White now hehe but I want to give a special treatment for my pore as my whitehead and blackhead are worsening. I am purchasing Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner online and now I am waiting for it. I read a lot of good review on it and it is one of Etude House Bestseller. Can't wait to try it!
